How to choose right Fibo Sandal & Slipper size

Sizing: We use European sizes and runs small. (36-41 size )but due to the handcrafted nature of the sandals, we recommend to measure your feet to make sure you pick the right ones.

If your feet are a bit wide, we will recommend you to go one size up to ensure more comfort. If you are still indecisive about which size suits you better, please contact us. We would love to give you personal assistance on your purchase.

• Measure from heel to shoe
• If your foot size standart size please choose above size chart
• If your foot size fatter then standart size please choose the bigger one size
• If your foot size thinner then standart size, plase choose normal standart size
• If you are in between sizes we suggest sizing UP

• Avoid water and moisture, keep them away from seawater, and be cautious around sandy areas.
• You can extend the life of your slippers by regular cleaning and maintenance.
• Avoid exposing your slippers to chemicals.
• Your Fibo sandal and slipper should be in the right size and allow comfortable walking.
• Use a leather cleaner to spot clean with a microfiber cloth
• Apply a leather conditioner to avoid cracks
• Avoid water, oils, and creams that may stain the finish
• Store in a dust bag off-season

Shipping & Delivery

Your ordered items are typically dispatched the same day via DHL, UPS, USPS, TNT, or FedEx tracked delivery services. Once your order is packed and ready for shipment, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this number to track your package on the shipping carrier's website.

Return & Refunds

To initiate a return, please contact us within 5 days of receipt at info@fiboleather.com.

Our return policy allows for returns within 14 days of receiving your item.

Please note that buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable and fully insured shipping method, as we cannot be held responsible for returns lost in transit.

Before sending your return, it's important to contact us first. Please review and adhere to our product return policy for a smooth and hassle-free process.

To qualify for a return, your item must be in its original condition, unworn or unused, with tags attached and in its original packaging. You will also need to provide the receipt or proof of purchase.

Once your return is approved, you may send the item(s) back to us. Please note that items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment or your account, according to our return policies.

Please be aware that customers are responsible for the return shipping fee, and we do not offer size exchanges. If you need a different size, you will need to initiate a return.

Cancellations:

If you need to cancel your order, please do so within working hours on the same day as your purchase, provided the order has not yet been shipped.

Orders can only be canceled before they are prepared and shipped. Once shipped, orders cannot be canceled or have their addresses changed. If you need to change the address, please contact your shipping company directly.
