How to start a return process ?
What should I do if I want to return a product?
To start a return, you can contact us with in 5 days at info@fiboleather.com or contact us via online chat.
We have a 14-day return policy; This means that you have 5 days to request a return after you receive your product and the returned product has been delivered to our warehouse within 14 days.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
What should I do once my return request is approved?
If your return is accepted, we’ll you can send it back to us ordered item(s). Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
You will receive return instructions and a return address. You can package the products according to these instructions and proceed with the return. Return shipping fee belongs to the customer.
For refund requests after 5 days, the refunds will be loaded to your account with Fibo shopping credit. Please note that returns will need to be sent to the following address: [INSERT RETURN ADDRESS]

What conditions must I meet to return products?
- The products you wish to return should be unused, in their original packaging, and with tags still attached.
Which products cannot be returned?
- Certain items, such as hygiene products, personal use items, or custom order products, for any unworn or unaltered items. are final sale items, not eligible for returns.
What if the item I want to exchange for is currently out of stock?
We suggest selecting "return" and then "receive store credit" or, if the returned product meets the return conditions, you can request a full refund. From there, you can sign up for our waitlist on the product's detail page if the item is out of stock, and then place your order again.
Can I return one item and exchange another?
No, typically, you need to first return the item and then place a new order after receiving a refund. You can also choose to transfer your refund as Fibo Shopping Gift Card. You can use your gift card balance at any time on fiboleather.com.
I received a gift, can I return or exchange my item?
No We cant exchange a gift item, please contact us via email or live chat within 5 business days with the gift item's order number and the information about the person who placed the order. If the item you wish to return meets the return conditions, you can send it back to us within 14 days, and the refund amount (excluding shipping and discounts) will be processed according to our return procedure. If I buy a holiday gift am I able to return it after the holidays?
We are delighted to know that Fibo will be a part of your holiday season. We are pleased to offer an extended return policy for orders made between November 1 and December 25, allowing returns and exchanges through January 31. If you need to initiate a return or exchange, you can set that up.

Can I use any carrier I choose to send my shoes back?
We partner with Happy Returns to offer free box-free, printer-free, and sustainable returns and exchanges. Start your free return online, select the items you wish to return, and tell us why. Then, locate a Return Bar near you and use the QR code emailed by Happy Returns to complete your return drop-off in less than a minute.
